Doing the work we love the most at Team Up we barely realized how fast 2021 year went. It turned out to be one of the most productive years, full of challenges, creative outcomes, and success we forecasted back in 2020. We hope you've already prepared for the new beginnings just like us. But before we jump into 2022 let's sum 2021 year up.
1. New team members
Starting from our CEO and German partners, it seems a little bit overwhelming to have several squads with numerous members. In 2021 we welcomed 4 new team members we are proud to introduce:
Salome Mumladze Mariam Giunashvili
Team-building expert Content manager
Tata Rekviashvili Sopo Qveladze
Talent Acquisition specialist Finance & Operations specialist
2. New clients and talents
Being the N1 Georgian company that connects local talent to interesting European businesses, we managed to deepen our connections and find new clients all around Germany and other European countries, such as the UK, Austria, Switzerland, Latvia, etc.
Consequently, our talent community grew, and now we have 100+ talents under management working in marketing, operations, and design.
We search, onboard, and recruit talents in less than 4 weeks and plan to grow our community even more in 2022.
3. Joining UNGC
Fair environment and working conditions in the world are one of our priorities. We recruit our talents fairly according to the labor code and GDPR. That's the main reason why we joined the UNGC.
The UN Global Compact is an opportunity for the global companies to voluntarily align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in human rights, labor, environment, anti-corruption, and to take actions in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We want to show our commitment to the principles of UNGC and closely engage with its initiatives. We aim to create a positive impact through our actions to reach Sustainable Development Goals along with 12 000 other companies across the world.
4. New office
Remote working is our lifestyle, however, we love being part of the collaborative environment and having a human to human communications once in a while.
Growing way too fast, we've shifted to the new office. We called it a "Red Villa" and celebrated housewarming and Christmas parties. Hopefully, 2022 will be even more cheerful, as we have many more celebrations ahead.
5. New blogs
We've been working on our Knowledge section this year. If you need to build a custom remote team of professionals or assist in managing teams, we've got you covered.
